Who we are

Deutsh Software Solutions is based in North York, Ontario. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.

What we collect, form by form

• Contact form: your name, email, website if you give one, what you're asking about, your message, and the page you sent it from. We use it to reply.
• Text-back sign-up: your name, business name, business mobile, the mobile you want alerts on, your booking link if you give one, and your email. We use it to set up your forwarding number, send your texts and alerts, and invoice you.
• Free website scan: the web address you enter and the results. If you ask us to text you the report, the phone number you give.
• Waitlists: your email and the service you want to hear about.

Every form also checks you're a person with Cloudflare Turnstile, and we use your IP address, scrambled, to stop the same address sending too many messages in an hour.

Text messages and consent

• We text you only when you've asked us to: to confirm your text-back setup, or to send a scan report you requested. Each form says so next to the box you tick.
• Text-back replies go only to people who just called your business, as a reply to that call. We don't add them to any list or contact them for anything else.
• Waitlist emails are double opt-in: we send one email asking you to confirm, and nothing else until you do.
• Reply STOP to any text, or email [email protected], and we stop.

How long we keep it

• Free scan results: 7 days, then deleted.
• Inquiries and sign-ups: while you're a customer, plus two years.
• Waitlist emails: until we send the launch email, or until you ask us to remove you.
• Calls and texts handled for a text-back customer: while the service is active, and deleted within 90 days of cancelling.
• Rate-limit counters: about an hour.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of services to run the site. Each only gets what it needs.

• Cloudflare hosts the site and the forms, runs Turnstile, and counts visits.
• Resend delivers our emails.
• Twilio sends and receives text messages and phone calls.
• n8n, our own automation server hosted with DigitalOcean, keeps the list of inquiries and sign-ups.

Some of these store data outside Canada, usually in the United States, where it can be accessed under that country's laws. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other sites. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. We'll answer within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll email you first.
